Minimum Qualifications:
A)
Candidates must possess a bachelors degree (with 50%
marks) from a
university recognized by UGC in India
B) Foundation program completed successfully in India.
GMAT, TOEFL/ IELTS score not required.
Selection
Procedure:
Admission to Stamford International University’s
International MBA program is based upon both academic
ability and managerial potential. Academic ability is
evaluated by the applicant's past academic performance,
recommendations, and performance on a TOEFL examination
or similar measure of English proficiency. Managerial
potential is evaluated by the applicant's general
experience, work experience, motivation, communication
skills and commitment to attain a graduate management
education. These characteristics are evaluated through
information provided on the Admission Application,
letters of recommendation, personal statement of
experience/goals, and an interview with the applicant. |

DUEL
DEGREE OPTION: Highlights
MBA Degree from Stamford
International University, Bangkok, Thailand
MBM (MS in Business Management) from University of
Bedfordshire,UK
and ONE year UK work permit
For duel degree option the students are required to
complete foundation program in India and core courses at
Bangkok campus and then move to UK to finish a semester
of majors (Marketing, IBM, IT, Finance, Hospitality) and
the Masters thesis. Once students finish the whole
course in both universities they are awarded a MBA from
Stamford International University and Master of Science
in Business Management (MBM) from University of
Bedfordshire UK, double degree in one & half years. The whole
duration of the course is one semester for foundation
program (India), two semesters in Stamford (Bangkok) and
one long semester (Majors) + one short summer semester
(Thesis) in University of Bedfordshire (UK). In India
students spend 4 months, in STIU they spend
approximately 8-9 months and another 6-7 months in UoB, UK. The students are all eligible for one year work
permit in the UK after successful course completion which they can
extend provided they find a job there. The students are
also allowed 20 hours of work per week during the course
of their studies.
